Currently, traditional methods for dust suppression demand large amounts of water spraying, which requires high fuel consumption and emits significant quantities of polluting gases.
DusTech is a dust-suppressing biopolymer designed for easy application. It can be used effectively on a variety of dirt roads, including mine access roads, exploration roads, construction sites, municipal roads and roads in indigenous villages. It can also be applied to sand dunes and material stockpiles to reduce dust and control erosion caused by wind.
When applied, DusTech improves particle agglutination, seals the molecular matrix and improves air quality.
DusTech requires less water spraying compared to conventional methods, and with each re-application, smaller doses of the biopolymer are required to ensure surface stability.
